This recently extensively refurbished and modernised apartment with brand new modern efficient air conditioning and heating is situated in the prestigious Sierra Mar urbanisation, on the quieter side of the village. But it is less than a 5 minute walk to an array of bars, restaurants and shops that are bustling throughout the year. However you choose to spend your day, the village and our apartment has something for you. Lounge on the superb sunbathing terrace by shared pool, sit drinking wine watching the view from our wonderful terrace, people watch over a coffee at a pavement cafe or browse the many arty and knick knack shops around. It’s all here for you.

A light and airy spacious room, leading on to a good size balcony with stunning panoramic views,  As well as two two-seater sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs, there is a TV, with all the English TV channels, a DVD player, a Music system with a CD player, radio and Bluetooth to enable you to listen to your own music from your own phone or other device. There is also WiFi. 

There’s a separate fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, oven, hob and grill. It is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils and there is drinkable tap water.

Bedroom 1 has a King size double bed with memory foam mattress, built in wardrobes and dressing table/chest of drawers and a panoramic view to wake up to. There is an en-suite bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower.

Bedroom 2 has two full size single beds, built in wardrobes and dressing table/chest of drawers and the second bathroom, with WC, hand basin and walk in shower, is next to it.

The covered South West facing terrace is a good size and has an extendible table which seats up to 6 people. There are also 4 recliner chairs. It has a stunning panoramic view of the coastline and sea by day, and on a clear day you can see over to the coast of Africa. You can watch beautiful skies as the sun goes down and the lights shimmering across to Fuengirola at night

The shared pool area is well maintained with a shower and toilet facilities and the adjoining panoramic sunbathing area has free to use sunbeds.

PLEASE NOTE

Because we are a fully regulated and registered apartment with the Andalucian Authorities and police you are automatically covered by an insurance policy to cover costs for any accommodation, medical costs etc if you get into a Covid situation where you cannot get home. All our guests will get a link to this policy just before arrival at the apartment
