65 euros cleaning charge at the end of your stay payable directly to our greeter/cleaner.  This covers the linen use of one bedroom plus towels for up to two people.  If the second bedroom is used then there will be an extra charge  of 15 euros for linen and towels.

We also need £150 returnable deposit which will be returned to you within 7 days of your return home

Access to the apartment is between 3pm and 9pm. We do try to be flexible and accommodate early flight arrivals but this is not possible when previous guests are leaving the same day.

Late Arrivals (after 9pm) There will be an additional charge of 20 euros to be paid directly to our greeter as he/she will have to be employed specifically for out of hours greet and key handover.

We ask that you plan to book out of the apartment by 10am on the day you are leaving. If no other guests are arriving that day then we may be able to be flexible until midday (entirely up to our greeter cleaner) If you wish to keep the apartment any later than 12md, and there is flexibililty with incoming guests, there will be a surcharge of £20 to keep the apartment on up to 5pm. This needs to be negotiated, with me, by email before your arrival day.

Minimum stay: 3 Nights
